Logistics Services: Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before the scheduled date. Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee ranging from 5% to 25% of the service fee, based on the timing of the cancellation.
Freight Forwarding Services: Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days after placing the order. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee ranging from 5% to 25%.
Shipping Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 3 working days after placing the order. A cancellation fee of 5% to 25% of the service fee will apply for cancellations made after this period.
Cargo Services: Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before the scheduled service. Once cargo has been shipped, it cannot be canceled; if not shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% to 25% will apply.
