Office Moving Services: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled moving date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the moving date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

Reverse Logistics Services: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after this period will incur a processing fee equivalent to 30% of the service fee.

Supply Chain Management Services: Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the service fee.

Courier Services: Once a parcel has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service fee will apply.

Import and Export Services: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee of 30% of the service fee will be applied for cancellations made after this period.

Storage Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service fee.

Freight Forwarding Services: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after this period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the service fee.

Cargo Services: Once cargo has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If the cargo has not yet been shipped, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service fee will apply.
